Getting an appointment is one of the most complicated task in this office. The online appointment portals are quite busy and its hard to find the early appointment dates. After activating the appointment you will receive an another mail with your appointment details and with token number (Example:- Ticketnummer: T215) and waiting area color code.
While you visit the KVR office, you must go to the assigned waiting area (Example: Wartezone Rot, Waiting Zone RED). There will be some screens to show the token number, your token number will be visible on screen as per your appointment time with Room number. Visit the room number mentioned with your Token number, and follow as the officer says.
